Equipment Maintenance Tracking System |
|
Using Outlook’s Calendar we put all equipment on preventive maintenance schedules with specific what needed to be done instructions and if it was to be done in house or outside. We then establish a file folder for each piece of equipment that included manuals and attached service contact information with authorization parameters.
The equipment scheduled for maintenance would appear on Store Management Outlook and be printed and given to the person or outside service responsible. Store Management would then place the completed PM orders in the equipment file folder. Copies of outside service invoices or work orders would also be placed in the equipment file folder.
